*strategy by day, stand-up comedy by night

I’m always drawn to things others found to be weird, odd, or fringe.

If something makes me go, “Hmm… that’s odd”, then I’m willing to go to the deep ends of the world to unpack it. This has led me to fall into countless rabbit holes, including:

  • camping at sports bars to learn betting alongside high rollers, resulting in an activation that boosted my client's user sign-ups by over 100%

  • picked up web3 knowledge from the OG r/wallstreetbets mods, enabling me to then educate my agency and clients' leadership teams on this topic (oh, and earn some profit to cover my grad school tuition)

  • saying ‘hmm… that’s odd’ out loud as I process my own trauma onstage, doing standup at a local bar

Be it success or failure, I find great joy in questioning the everyday, probing at the edges of culture, and crafting intriguing human stories out of them.

Sometimes to sell an idea. Other times, to crack a few jokes at an open mic.

my ethos

(a few things I live by, day and night).

  1. Always assume you are the dumbest person in the room.

(most of the time, I am. and if I’m not, I’m in the wrong room).

  2. Real people are the greatest source of truth.

(I trust a (wo)man on the street over an index of 364, any day).

  3. Audience reaction is the most honest indication of success.

(if you don’t make people feel something, you’ve failed).
